Taxonomy of Toxins

This website introduces a system of determining mushroom edibility based on science. It looks to the mushroom itself as the source of authority. Through evaluating the concentration of molecules found in raw mushrooms within toxicology's understanding that dose makes the poison, and then sorting molecules toxic in concentrations harmful to humans in serving sizes by whether the molecule might be detoxified in the kitchen, and then, if it can be, what law of physics describes the detoxification protocol, we can sort all known and unknown mushrooms into the forager's categories of edible and poisonous.
